Included in Your Program:
Training: Detailed workouts designed specifically around your fitness goals.
Nutrition: Detailed Meal Plan based on YOUR body, goals, and changes based on your progress. Lifestyle and Off-Season Clients have the option of a specific meal plan or macros. All prep clients will be given a very specific meal plan with exact measurements for all food.
Cardio: Cardio will be assigned based on the individual. Cardio is part of the plan; however the amount will vary.
Supplements: We recommend what your body should take for optimal results.

Month-to-Month: $300
3 Months: $750
6 Months: $1300
1 Year: $2200
Check-Ins Include:
Please send check-ins on Saturday mornings. Include the following every week during prep, or every other week for off season and lifestyle clients.
Photos: front, side, and back poses
Weight: Weigh yourself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Waist Measurement: Measure stomach size at the navel.
Miscellaneous Info: Include digestion issues, water intake, any meals that were not on plan, changes in sleep, energy levels, libido, and any other information we may need to know.
